Free cosmetic refurbs
Our team of talented interior designers are on hand to enhance the appeal of your property to ensure they meet our clients high standards for design.
Professional property management
We handle all aspects of property management, including guest screening, maintenance, and cleaning, allowing you to enjoy a hands-off approach.
Your rent is guaranteed for the entire term of the management agreement with no commissions or hidden fees.
We will carry out a free cosmetic refurb and furnish your property to attract professional tenants and maintain our high standards for design.
We conduct viewings with our company clients to ensure the very best tenants are allocated for your property.
We handle all aspects of property management, including maintenance, cleaning and check-ins to ensure your property is well maintained along the way.
We equip our properties with state-of-the-art doorbell cameras and noise monitors to help maintain house rules at all times.
In the event that any damages occur during our agreement, we take care of the costs.
At the end of our agreement, we will provide you the option to:
1. Extend the contract
2. Have the property returned to you (with interior upgrades)
3. Stay Nested can arrange to purchase your property
